Everyone meet our next poundie ….. Ruby!🧡 This girl is a young lurcher who when she came in was very skinny. It’s clear she’s lived outside due to her coat. Ruby is a girl who loves a cuddle once she’s comfortable with you.❤️‍🩹 Sadly this girl was a stray and no one came forward to claim her. Once her stray time was completed, she came in to our care. We assessed her in kennels and now she’s in a foster home until we find her the forever family she deserves!🫶🏼 Ruby is a sweetheart, she’s very calm and loving. She walks beautifully on lead and is fab in the car. She loves her walks and looks for reassurance from her handler.🐾 In foster, she’s with a dog savvy child and a another dog. She loves nothing more than having cuddles on the sofa after a walk and some food. She was fast around her food but this is due to how skinny she is and probably having no or little food for a period of time. Ruby is good with dogs however doesn’t take any messing! She’ll play but then she wants to chill out.🐶 At the vets she was a star…. she was more than happy to be handled and took everything in her stride. Ruby has started her vaccinations, been flead and wormed and booked in for spaying.
