Everyone meet our next poundie ….. Roxy!😍 Roxy is a 3 year old chihuahua cross shihtzu who came into our care via the pound, as she was found as a stray. Yet again, no one came forward to claim her!💔 When she arrived she was full of matts and very scared. Thankfully we managed to get to her in to a foster home, so she could decompress and start understanding that she’s safe!😣❤️‍🩹 Roxy is a really sweet girl who just needs a confident owner and chilled home. She loves going out on her walks and has been brilliant with the other dogs in the foster home.🐶🐾 If she feels overwhelmed, she just chooses to walk away and go to bed. She’s not shown any aggression at all. Roxy is good in the car and, once she trusts you, you can do anything with her. She was amazing at the groomers too… thanks to Steph for fitting her urgently ❤️‍🩹 At the vets, she’s passed a full healthcheck. She only weighs 5kg. We have started her vaccinations, flead and wormed her, she’s also booked in to be spayed and have her cherry eye repaired too. Roxy was fab at the vets and took everything in her stride.🌟🌟 We feel she would love a chilled home, either with or without another dog. She could live with sensible, dog-savvy children or have visiting children.
