Everyone meet our next resident … Romeo!😘 Sadly this lad is our care due to his owners poor health which has resulted in them going in to a care facility.💔 Over the last few weeks he’s had different people caring for him but the family couldn’t take him in and therefore called us.❤️‍🩹 Romeo is a 12 year old chihuahua who is a lovely guy. He’s passed a full healthcheck at our vets and is neutered as well as mircochipped! He is gentlemen who really is looking for a retirement home filled with love and attention. Romeo is used to being the only dog within the household and this suits him well.🐶 He has been great with everyone he’s met and loves to have a cuddle. Romeo is more than happy being handled and fussed!❤️‍🩹 Recently due to his owners declining health, it’s clear that Romeo hasn’t been going for walks or going out of the house much. He is currently 5.6kg and needs to lose around 1.5kg.🙈 In foster he is enjoying small and often walks so we are hoping this will get some weight off him. Due to not being walked and socialised he can be spooked by dogs which get in his face but he will just bark and move on.
