Everyone meet our next poundie …. Rocco!💔 This lad was stray and no one came forward to claim him. Sadly we aren’t surprised due to the state of him! Rocco is 3 years old and a lurcher who has clearly had a hard time so far in life. Yet is so sweet and gentle, you’d never know! ❤️‍🩹 This lad loves nothing more than sleeping by the fire with a full belly of food. Clearly something hasn’t experienced often! Thankfully we managed to find this sweet boy a foster home before it was too late. He walked in the foster home and has been grateful for everything ever since. Rocco walks well on lead, travels well and is happy to be handled. He’s been great around the house and loves visitors! He would make a great family addition. 🏡 At the vets, he weighed in at just 23kg and needs to gain around 7 kg. Thankfully he has good appetite and currently on small & often meals which he’s thoroughly enjoying.😘 He’s been vaccinated, flead, wormed and mirco chipped. Rocco will be neutered once he is ready. Thankfully his scars are healing well and his skin is looking good. With simply a clean living environment and a decent diet … he’s coming along well. Rocco is good around dogs.
