Everyone meet our next poundie ….. Penny!💔❤️‍🩹 This poor girl was abandon in a park and then collected by the dog warden. It is clear she has been used for breeding and then been dumped!!🤬😖 Penny is one of the sweetest natured girls we have ever had come in our care. The moment she stepped off the wardens van, her tail (awfully docked) hasn’t stopped wagging!❤️‍🩹 She has been great with everything she’s had thrown at her in short space of time. Penny went straight in to foster and hasn’t looked back. 🥰 This girl has been amazing with other dogs and people. We feel she could easily live with dog savvy children too. At the vets being handled she was a superstar too!😍 Penny walks well on lead and loves a good sniff. Her brain and nose never stop whilst she’s on a walk. She loves socialising and learning what the world has to offer. 🐾 This lady has clearly has many litters in her lifetime and then been dumped at the age of 9 years old. It is simply soul destroying. It is clear she’s underweight, out of condition and has a few lumps and bumps. However she’s had her blood taken and we are awaiting results so we make a plan going forward. Apart from the lumps, which are under investigation. She passed a full healthcheck and just needs to gain some weight and condition. Which won’t take long at all. As she adores her food and loves a trot out. She is currently having small and often walks and feeds. Which she is LOVING!😇💚 As always we are going to cover her vet bills regarding the lumps and she’ll be spayed when the times right too. ❣️ We need to find this girl a retirement home filled with love! We need an empathetic person who is going to spoil her and make her forget about the past.
