Everyone meet our next resident …… Max!😍 Max is a 1 year old lab x collie. Sadly he came in to our care due his owner changing jobs, resulting in Max not getting the attention he needed.🐾 This lad is full of energy and brains….. he needs a lot of mental and psychical stimulation. Also he is now benefiting from structure and routine in his daily life!🐶 Max is good with people and dogs. However he does bark when he gets over excited eg when seeing another dog. He is currently in foster with a kelpie who is teaching him manners and trying to tire him out!🤪 Within the foster home, there’s a dog savvy 7 year old children who Max is doing brilliantly with…..however sometimes he can get too excited and a little boisterous.🫣 Max is good in the car and sleeps over night in his crate. He also goes in his crate when he is left alone in the house. 🙌🏽 He’s passed a full heathcheck and is booked in for neutering this week. Max is more than happy to be handled, you just have to try keep him still for long enough!🙈 We are looking for an active home for this lad, someone who can meet his energy level and understands his behaviour and age.
