Everyone please hi to our next residents ... Millie and Mason!💛 🐶Mason - 6 years old - black and white . 🐶Millie - 4 year old - black. These guys have come in to our care today due to no fault of their own. Sadly the family feel they don’t have the time to meet the dogs needs. They haven’t been exercised or socialised properly for a while. The family decided it was only fair to rehome them so they can have the life they deserve. 😘 Both Millie and mason are cocker spaniels and therefore need an active environment and adopters who will exercise their minds and bodies! These guys love to be running in the fields however we are starting to lead train them as well. We have starting to walk them on a Gencon (headcollar) to help with lead training. It is said they both have good recall, travel well and love a fuss. They are housetrained and are happy to left for a few hours. Both dogs have lived with sensible children without an issue. 😍💛 Mason is fine with other dogs, he says hello and then gets on with his walk. Millie is a little more nervous however there was no aggression shown on her assessment, she was just avoiding however she is does need some socialisation. She follows Masons judgement. We will be ensuring that adopters follow the behaviour plan in place. 🐾 More details to follow as we carry on their assessment.
