Everyone meet our next resident …. Mara! Mara is a 6 year old, long haired chihuahua who sadly came in to our care due to her owner being unable to keep her. The family tried to keep her too but the mix wasn’t right with their dogs. This wasn’t due to anything Mara was doing. ❤️‍🩹 This lady has gone straight in to foster and settled brilliantly. In foster she is the only animal in the home and is enjoying it greatly!🐶 Previously she has lived with cats, dogs and children. However she is more suited to a calmer and quieter household. She will live with cats but can chase them too!🐈🐈‍⬛ Mara is now enjoying her walks and loves to be with people. She loves a fuss and cuddle at the end of a busy day!💙 This girl is house trained and happy on her own for a few hours. Shes getting better on the lead and in the car the more she goes out too!🐾🐾 Mara is a gentle soul who doesn’t ask for much however does love the attention. She is happy saying hi to dogs when out and about and was good at being handled at the vets. She is already spayed and mirco chipped. Mara has restarted her vaccinations as well as been flead and wormed.
