Everyone meet our next resident …..Leana!🖤 Leana is one of three dogs we rescued from a flat where their needs weren’t being met. She’s a collie x lab who’s just turned 1 year old. 🐶 Sadly Leana hasn’t seen the world and is still getting used to a lead. She’s starting to understand the world a little more one day at a time. However there’s a long way to go!💔 Leana has been good with people she’s met but can be nervous to start with, which is completely understandable. However her nervousness only lasts a short while now. 🙌🏽 She’s happy travelling in the car and starting to enjoy small walks. We are currently walking her little and often plus then a lot of time off lead time in the secure kennel area. This is helping her pads toughen up too as they are a little sore 🐾 She came out of the house with two other dogs however seems nervous of new dogs, but we are sure this is just set to improve with socialisation. Every day we are seeing small positive changes in this girl. 🤞🏼 Leana needs a home which is active and has the understanding of a rescue dog who is nervous. Someone who has the time and the patience for her. Also, someone who’s willing to consistently ask for our help when needed with her ongoing training.
