Everyone meet our next resident …. Larry!💛 Larry is nearly 4 years old and is a retriever. He’s a very sweet boy who loves attention, he really does crave human interaction!❤️‍🩹 Sadly this lad found himself in our care after being a kennelled dog who had been used on the shoot and for stud. He was at risk of being put to sleep due to not liking other non neutered dogs. However his life is now about to change. 👏🏽✨ Since arriving in our care Larry has been great with all humans and has shown us he can trust quickly. He was perfect at the vets and enjoyed the attention!❤️ At the vets, he has now started his vaccinations, been flead and wormed as well as being booked in to be neutered. 💜 Larry is good in the car and will jump in and out now we have practised it. He looks for guidance from his handler and follows instructions well.💙 This lad knows some basic commands and is eager to please. He loves to play fetch and has good recall. His lead work is improving too🐾🐾 Whilst being in our care Larry has been great with other neutered dogs. He’s very good with females but prefers not be around other males. We feel he would love a 1-2-1 home where he gets all the attention and love he craves.😍 Larry needs an active home where his mind and body will be stimulated.
