Everyone say hi to our next resident ….. Kenny!🧡 Kenny is a 10 month old Chihuahua. He has come into our care due to the fact he needs some stability and security. This was the best thing for Kenny and his needs.🐶 This lad is lovely however very nervous. He hasn’t seen the world and can become vocal when scared. There was mentioning of him snapping in previous homes however this hasn’t been seen in his foster home. 🙏🏼 Kenny needs a home with a calm, adult only environment. Somewhere he can relax and have his own space. When meeting new people, he is ok if they allow him to go to them when he is ready.🤞🏼❤️‍🩹 When out and about, it is clear he hasn’t had the socialisation needed to develop him but he is coming along well. Once he trusts his handler, he is more than happy going on walks and seeing the world. He will bark at others dogs but then after a few moments go and sniff them. Again this is improving massively!🐶🐾 In the house he is a confident little dude who loves to play and have a fuss. He is crate trained over night and when left…….However the crate is in the bedroom and covered. Kenny will sleep through the night and his housetraining is still a work in progress 🤞🏼 We are looking for a patient and understanding home for this lad. Someone who understand his needs and has the time for him.
