Everyone meet our next poundie …. Jack!❤️‍🩹 Jack has a sad story. Sadly he found himself in the pound after his owner passed away.💔 He was so nervous and confused when we picked him up but thankfully he soon realised he was safe and started decompressing quickly!✨🙏🏼 Jack is around 9 years old and is a Jack Russel. He is a gentle soul who is nervous when you first meet him. However he shows no aggression at all. He just freezes or walks away.😔 In foster he has started to relax well and has been great with everyone he has met. He is house trained and happy to be left on his own for short periods of time. He loves to sit on your lap and have a fuss. Jack is good in the car and is happy looking out of the window. He mostly ignored dogs when out and about walking and at the vets. Some he has barked at but he listens when told not to. Once he trusts you, you can pick him up and handle him without an issue. He just needs time to trust!❤️‍🩹 At the vets, he passed a full healthcheck. He’s now been flead, wormed and started his vaccinations. Jack is booked in to be neutered too. He’s currently a little chunk at 6.6kg and he needs  to be around 5kg!🙏🏼 We feel Jack needs a home experienced with nervous dog or terrier experience. He needs someone who allows him to go to them and won’t force themselves on him.
