Everyone say hello to Groucho & Piggy aka the bin puppies 🗑️ 💔 These pups were wrapped in a towel and placed in a plastic bag, in public bin at just hours old. Literally thrown away like rubbish 🤬🤬They were still wet from being born and had their umbilical cords still attached 😔 They were dangerously cold and needed urgent attention with the gentle warming process starting immediately. They were taken directly to the vets where they were checked and given a very poor prognosis for survival. 😔💔 They were placed in foster and the hand rearing process started with two hourly feeds throughout the day & night. There were bumps in the road and they gave us multiple scares but fast forward 6 weeks and they’re thriving!! 🥰 💪 They are mischievous, cheeky, lively little pups who are eating us out of house and home. Whilst they have been hand reared they have not been mollycoddled. They love human attention but they also know how to be on their own and relax in their puppy pen. They have also had input from a very soppy nanny dog who has taught them to be dogs throughout the process. 🐶 As they were found in a bin when newborn, we are not 100% sure what breed they are but we feel they are staffies or staffie crosses. We believe they will medium in size when fully grown!😘 Obviously the puppies are not housetrained, they do have little little needle teeth and are not afraid to use them!! They will need a massive amount of attention, training and guidance, so please do not apply if you are not willing to put the effort in. They have been vet checked, had their first vaccination, been wormed, microchipped and will be rehomed under a neutering contract, the cost of which will be covered by ourselves. They will be ready for their new homes in the coming weeks but we will be guided by them as to when they are behaviourally mature enough for their next chapter. 🏡 These puppies will be a 10 year plus commitment so please take this into consideration when applying.
