Everyone meet our next resident…. Georgie!💓 Georgie sadly came back in to our care due to the recent passing of her adopters. Which is simply heartbreaking. Georgie originally came in to our care three years ago due to a soul destroying case of neglect. There were 4 dogs saved from one place and Georgie was one of them. 💔 This girl has come a long way in her adoptive home and we are so sad for her return. However she is now in foster and doing well! 💓 Georgie is a collie who’s around 13 years old. She’s passed full healthcheck and is spayed etc. Sadly due to her adopters poorly health she has gained a lot of weight. So she needs to lose around 10kg. 🫣 However she is enjoying her walks and outings. She walks lovely on lead and is good off lead too. She has even started to play again! Her fosterer has stated she a treasure to be around and the perfect house guest😍🏡 This girl is great with people and good around other dogs. Georgie is shy so doesn’t like dogs that are all over her or in her face, they scare her. She has been great around children too. She was more than happy at the vets being handled and travels well too!🥹🧡 Georgie needs a calm home with plenty of love and comfy beds. She is brilliant with visitors to the house and loves her cuddles. At the moment, she’s on a strict diet and as many short walks as she wants. This lady loves to potter around the garden too! 🌸 She really will make a great companion for the someone!
