Everyone meet our next poundie …. Fern!💔 Fern sadly found herself in the pound after her owner was forced to give her up. It is clear this girl has had nothing and hasn’t seen anything either.💔 Fern is a collie who is around 4 -6 years old. She is currently in foster and doing ok. Each day we are seeing more improvements and an increase in her trusting us. However, she still has a long way to go. 🥰 She’s starting to walk on lead and is taking treats from our hands. She travels well and is ok when being handled too. This girl is super nervous but has never shown any sign of aggression. We feel she would benefit from living with a very well rounded, balanced, neutered dog. 🥰 In foster, she has been great with another dog and you see her confidence raise when they are together. We know in the right hands this girl will blossom. 🌸 Fern needs a home filled with love and empathy. A calm environment where she can feel safe and secure is key. Once she’s got her confidence she needs an active lifestyle full of adventures and brain games!
