Everyone meet our next resident .... Dexter! 🐶 Dexter is a Shihtzu cross Chihuahua and he is 9 months old. This lad come in to our care as he was at risk of being put to sleep due his behaviour. The behaviour being nipping and food aggression. 💔😞 However since being in foster with ground rules and good exercise levels we haven’t seen these behaviours.🐶 He is a dog who character and a lot of people forget that due to the way he looks.... small and fluffy! He needs his mind and body exercised. He is currently in a foster home with cats and dogs. He is slowly learning manners around people and other animals!🤞🏼 Dexter is good on lead, he is good at travelling too. He will bark to let you know he wants to go to the toilet and loves to play ball. He is ok with other dogs however he can be cheeky but this to be expected at his age. This lad needs a home with no children and an adopter with terrier experience. 💚 We are not doing any adoptions until 2020 now, however you can still put the applications form in!🐶 Please share him far and wide so we find this lad a home who understands terriers and their characters!💛 Remember to complete the adoption if you’re interested in offering Dexter his forever home!;
