Everyone meet our next poundie …. Brock!💔 Yet another heart breaker from the pound! Brock is 14 years old in February and is a Lab or maybe a Lab x spaniel. Whatever his breed, he is a true gentleman! ❤️‍🩹 This lad was meant to be claimed by his owner in the pound but they never arrived therefore, he was at a serious risk of being put to sleep. It was mentioned by his owner that he has apparently completed  two tours in Afghan however we can’t verify this sadly!💔 Brock is a very well balanced and well trained boy. He has been great with everyone he has met and everything we have asked him to do! He is loving every minute in his foster home!🏡 This poor lad came in stinking to high heaven, nails way overgrown and very hungry. However he now is enjoying, plenty of love, toys, food and comfy beds!😍 Brock passed a full healthcheck with the normal older dog ailments. He’s started his vaccinations, he was already neutered and microchipped, we  have flead and wormed him. He needs to gain some weight and condition. This will happen quickly due to him loving his food, playing and going on walks.🐾🐾 Brock adores playing with toys. He really is a puppy again when he’s playing. He knows a lot of basic commands and walks beautifully on lead too. 🥰 He is house trained and happy to be handled. This lad has been the perfect house guest and gentleman! He was a superstar having his bath and loved his towel dry!💙 Brock has been great with other dogs, he could easily live with or without them. He loves people and we feel he could live with dog savvy children. At the moment, he is doing little and often in the way of exercise to help him build some muscle and strength again.
