Everyone meet our next resident ….Bourbon.💔 This lad found himself tied up and abandoned. He then went to the pound and no one came forward to claim him.😢 He is so sweet and to think someone has abandoned him and walked away is heartbreaking!😣😡 Bourbon is an 8 year old staffie cross who weighs 18kg. He is a happy lad who loves human company and all he wants to do is be with you.😇🩵 This lad was a superstar at the vets, giving everyone staffie kisses and hugs. He has clearly had flea allergy at some point but after treatment is now healing well. He’s a had a medicated bath and some cream for skin which he has been brilliant with. We have started his vaccinations, parasite treated him and he’ll be booked in for neutering once his skins healed.💪🏼💙 Everyone who has met this lad has commented on what a good lad he is. He knows basic commands and travels well. In his foster home he is perfect gentleman - he’s housetrained and has good manners.💛😇 Bourbon loves being in the garden and trotting around. He has been biting his paws due to stress and his sore skin which is making his pads very sensitive so he is having little and often walks which he loves. His paws are healing well too, he will be back to 100% in no time!🖤🫶🏼 Bourbon has been ok with passing dogs and tends to ignore them. We feel he would be better suited as only dog where he can have all the attention and 1-2-1 time to himself after everything he has been through.
